The app is local-first: the application data you enter (profile, document statuses, tracking notes, résumé and statement drafts) is saved on your device. If you create an account, that data syncs to your account so it follows you across devices. We also store your sign-in email.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a record that a purchase succeeded (to unlock access) but never your card number.
To run the app for you and provide the services you buy. We don’t sell your data.
If you attach documents to your checklist (transcripts, evaluations, photos), those files are stored in a private bucket with our database provider (Supabase), readable only by your account — access is enforced per-user at the storage layer and downloads use short-lived signed links. Deleting an attachment in the app removes the file from storage.
Your working data is saved locally on your device and syncs to your account when you sign in; using the application requires an account and an active purchase. To delete account-synced data or uploaded files in bulk, contact us via the email on your receipt.
